Kering has announced the completion of the first phase of its new global logistics, a location in which METALSISTEM has played a central role.
Kering, a leading global luxury group, manages a series of world renowned Fashion Maisons active in the Leather Goods, Jewelry and Watches, such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Brioni, Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo, Qeelin, Ulysse Nardin, Girard-Perregaux, as well as Kering Eyewear and has over 38,000 employees with a 2020 revenue of € 13.1 Billion.
METALSISTEM is this project’s reference supplier for mezzanine and hung garment structures, shelving, racking, overhead conveyor systems and workstation solutions delivering an unprecedented 15.550 Ton of processed steel assembled within the biggest fashion logistics hub in Europe.
METALSISTEM’s upfront capital investment in advanced production technologies has enabled it to deliver this record tonnage of material in just one year without hindering day-to-day operations.
